Custom Printed Slipmats

Can I create my own custom slipmat?

Yes! You can create your own personalised slipmat using your own artwork, logo, photograph or design. Simply choose your preferred custom slipmat option and follow the instructions to submit your artwork.

What can I have printed on my slipmat?

What artwork file should I provide?

Can you help me with my artwork?

Will the colours look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

Colours can vary slightly between screens and printed products. We always aim to reproduce artwork as accurately as possible, but minor colour variations may occur.

How long will my order take?

How long do custom slipmats take to make?

Custom products are made specifically for your order, so production times may be longer than for ready-made designs. Please check the product page for the latest estimated production time.

Do you offer international delivery?

Can I track my order?

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has started, particularly for custom-made items, it may no longer be possible to make changes or cancel the order.

Can I return my order?

Return eligibility depends on whether the item is a standard stock product or a custom-made product. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I return a custom-made slipmat?

Because personalised and custom-printed slipmats are made specifically for you, they may not be eligible for return unless the item is faulty or there has been an error on our part.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

What is the minimum quantity for a custom order?
