What are the slipmats made of?

Our slipmats are made from 16oz thick high quality polyester felt with a soft feel and are printed using the latest sublimation technology meaning that the finish is smooth with no raised parts and the full colour print is super sharp, which means they are also ideal for photos and detailed designs.

Our slipmats come in 7" and 12" size options and are suitable for all turntables and for professional DJ use.

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return an item it must be in the same new condition that it was received in and returned to us by recorded delivery within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item to us please contact us here.

Unfortunately custom printed orders are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly printed in our error in which case you will need to contact us first here.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept Paypal through our website shop however we will be introducing card payments very soon! Alternatively contact us for card payments ore more info.

Do you offer gift cards?

We are working on getting this option set up very very soon!

When will i receive my order?

Standard stock designs are normally despatched within 2 days and are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded if standard delivery option was selected or by the delivery option that was selected at check out.

Custom printed slipmat orders are normally despatched within 3-5 working days depending on how busy our production schedule is however we will always do our best to despatch as soon as we possibly can.
